Refund policy
Return Policy for all CBD Products
You may always return unopened CBD products within 30 days of purchase. Product must be undamaged, and in the original packaging and must be returned with the original receipt.
If you receive a damaged item, the issue must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery in order to receive a replacement item.
Return Policy for all Non-CBD Products
If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. All products must be unworn, unwashed, unused or undamaged and must have all original tags attached and must be returned with the original receipt
Process to Accept Returns:
To process you return request, please follow the following steps:
- Write us at support@newenglandhempfarm.com. You must include your order number and UPC code of product you want to return.
- We will send you a form to be completed.
- You send us back the completed form.
- We will mail you a return shipping label and you must send the product(s) back to the following address with the return number provided.
